So my father has been driving up to Fort Belvoir every Saturday each season to work with the soldiers stationed there through the incredible Rehabilitative Golf Program Links To Freedom Foundation. He and Mahrty Lehr and Tom Dougherty have been making this road trip for the last 8 years and have logged over 1,000 hours working with soldiers from all branches of our military. I can tell you this was a highlight of his week and he would always come back with some great stories from the heroes that he met, and the new friends that he made there over the years.
