So I came across this photo, of all places ebay, which was taken 7/22/31 on my grandfathers birthday while the team was sailing to the 1931 Ryder Cup aboard the Empress of Britain. We actually have a copy of the special dinner that was made that night in his honor (all 8 courses and drinks had golf related names) which I will also try to upload later.
