The response from our followers regarding the 4/25/15 golf Demo Day/Fitting Event at Independence Golf Club 11:00 – 3:00 has been great with numerous fitting slots having already been filled. We will soon be announcing additional vendors (who are calling us to be involved). In addition we are in talks with a well known (and well loved) restaurant to provide special food and drink for the event. We are also considering setting up a station catering specifically to junior golf fitting/equipment and would love to hear everyone’s thoughts regarding that. We will keep everyone posted.
This will be Richmond’s most comprehensive golf Demo Day hosted by the area’s only top 100 golf fitter.

We are excited to offer the regions most comprehensive golf demo day and golf equipment fitting event in the area. Our approach here at Hodson Golf in regards to golf equipment is you shouldn’t buy something unless it will significantly increase your performance both on the course and on the scorecard!. Unlike all the other “demo day” events where you are herded around like cattle, we will be offering reserved times and tee areas with each vendor. This unique process will allow you, our loyal customer, the opportunity to be properly fit for the right club that you wish to buy. We will also have a large open tee area for the general public to try all the leading equipment from the top golf equipment vendors in the business. Hodson Golf is proud to showcase our new location at Independence Golf Club so take this opportunity to come out and hit real golf balls (not the typical range ball rocks or floaters) in a great outdoor setting. Also, take the opportunity to see all the incredible updates and renovations recently completed to the clubhouse and restaurant. Our PGA tour trailer will also be open for viewing so feel free to bring any repairs you may need. If you don’t have any repairs – feel free to snap a few clubs over your knee next time you hit one in the woods and we will get you all fixed up.
We will be offering discounts on all equipment purchases, door prizes, and we will have the grill fired up offering a great lunch special for all participants (free lunch with any purchase). We are also working with one of Virginia’s leading craft breweries to offer some great golden beverage discounts during this showcase event.
