We now have the new Tour AD MT shafts in stock and available for sale. The new Tour AD MT profile is positioned in between the Tour AD DI and Tour AD BB models and is designed with a slightly softer tip that the DI and a much stiffer mid-section. The MT shaft promotes a Mid launch condition with Low/Mid spin. In addition to the new Tour AD MT model, we will also have three new G-Series shafts per the below that will be available on 2-15-14.
New shafts for 2014:
New G-Series Silver Wood- 60 and 70 grams. Stiffer tip version of G-Series Red.
New G-Series 75g Hybrid in A,R and S Flex- simply an addition to the current G-Series Hybrid 85 and 95 gram offerings
New G-Series Irons in 73, 83, and 93 grams. This will be a unitized shaft with a .370” tip and 5.1” of parallel. Graphics will be the same colors as the G-Series hybrid shafts.
New for 2014, Graphite Design introduces the newest addition to the Tour AD premium line of golf shafts, the Tour AD MT. Designed and manufactured at the Graphite Design Japan factory headquarters, the new Tour AD MT wood shaft is available in 50g R2, R1 and S flex, 60g SR, S and X flex, 70g S and X flex and 80g S and X flex.
The Tour AD MT design is based on the very popular Tour AD DI model and utilizes the same Toray Company’s Nanomaterial or “DI Technology” in the tip section of the shaft. The Tour AD MT features a stiffer mid-section and slightly softer tip than the Tour AD DI. This design feature will produce optimal launch and spin characteristics in today’s low spin drivers. The new Tour AD MT provides a player with Maximum energy Transfer resulting in superior Accuracy and Distance.
