Furyk made some noise last week when he walked into a local big box in Orlando and purchased a new Versa Wide which he putt in play for this weekend’s tournament. Pro’s aren’t known for buying putters out of their own wallet and this wouldn’t normally be a big deal but the last time Furyk did this was back in 2010 when he bought a used Yes Sophia for $39 and then used it to go on and win the 2010 Fed Ex Cup (and $11+ million). I’ve been really pleased with this putter which provides a whole new outlook (and alignment) for putters. Join Furyk and the growing list of other pro’s who put the new Odyssey Versa putter in play this week at Bay Hill (including Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler, Phil Mickelson, Tommy Gainey, Stuart Appleby, Gary Woodland and Braden Grace) and see for yourself!
